Job Responsibilities 1. Able to independently handle the product operation work of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing the product requirements of the department, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance after the product goes live; 2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational goals and the current state of the product, promote the optimization of operational plans according to business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets; 3. Continuously follow up on product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitors' trends, and conduct competitive analysis; 4. Based on the current operational situation, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
